  On behalf of Hollie- I bought my car from here, travelling from Kent. When I arrived, I dealt with Norman in which whom was very helpful. The whole process was very well handled, professional and straight forward. Since purchasing my vehicle, I required some repairs (none of which were present when purchasing the vehicle). I took it to a local garage after conversing with Norman about what my policy/warranty covered, Norman then contacted my garage directly to help with the matter and in turn once again made the whole process a lot smoother for me. The next day, Norman contacted me to tell me that Rix Motor Company would in fact cover all costs in regards to repairs of my vehicle so all I had to do was go and pick it up! Excellent service through out & I couldn't recommend Rix Motor Company more.
