    Measured wrong for bifocals found out on collection.Changed to readers thinking it was easier. (Wrong). The sales assistant was patronizing and wanted to change the opticians prescription when I could not see clearly in the readers. Wasted almost an hour telling the mature sales assistant my old pair were better before leaving the glasses there as they were no use to me.
